The Trust provides a responsive combination of accommodation based and community support services for people who experience mental health difficulties. Our aim is to support people to maintain or regain wellbeing and lead a full and satisfying life. With a clear emphasis on the quality of our relationships in recovery, our approach is to support people to meet their needs and self manage the difficulties they experience.
We are commissioned through Devon Partnership Trust and Torbay Care Trust and this provides us with a constant opportunity to develop recovery practice with our local networks to meet and inform national policy.

We currently have the following vacancies in our accommodation based services:
Post 1: Bank Worker (RMN) - Various locations £14.29 p/h (2009/10) Based within our residential services, we currently have vacancies for qualified (RMN) nurses.
Post 2: Bank Support Worker - Various locations £6.54 p/h (2009/10) Based within our residential services, we currently have vacancies for Bank Support Workers.
Bank vacancies will be recruited for on an ongoing basis.
